Start with your first assets

Create your first asset, choose the asset type your team uses, and issue it to a person from Management or Counter Mode.

Print QR labels

Select assets in Management, print labels, and scan them from Counter Mode to issue or return items quickly on mobile.

Add asset photos

Pro and Business teams can attach photos to asset records so staff can identify the right item before handoff.

Organize sites

Use Sites to separate buildings, properties, departments, or job sites. Each asset can be assigned to a physical location.

Invite teammates

Admins can invite staff by email. Regular users land in Counter Mode by default, while admins can manage inventory and billing.

Import and export CSV

Use CSV export for audit reports. Business teams can bulk import existing spreadsheets with assets and handoff history.

Manage billing

Stripe handles checkout, invoices, payment methods, and subscription changes through the secure billing portal.

Roles and access

Admins manage assets, sites, team members, and billing. Regular users get a focused issue/return workflow for daily operations.
