## FAQ
- Do I need any hardware? No. Kepto is software-only. Print QR labels if you want, but it works without them.
- Can I import my existing spreadsheet? Yes. Free includes manual entry; Business includes the bulk import wizard.
- Is there a trial? Free has no time limit but uses Free-plan limits. Eligible new Pro and Business workspaces also receive a 30-day trial.
- What happens if I exceed the Free limit? You can upgrade to Pro (500 assets) or Business (unlimited). Your data is never deleted.
