# Kepto

> Kepto is the register for everything your team hands out — keys, badges, vehicles, laptops, tools. Who has it, since when, due back when. No hardware, free to start.

Kepto is a physical asset handoff tracking SaaS for small-to-mid operations teams. It replaces paper logs, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads with a shared, real-time register that records every issue and return with timestamps, signatures, and photos. The handoff history is append-only: records cannot be edited or deleted in the app.

- **Kepto Coach:** Rules-based next-best-action recommendations for overdue returns, stale assets, weak proof, and setup gaps.
- **Recovery Queue:** Open and risky handoffs become a manager-ready follow-up list.
- **Signatures & photos:** Optional signature capture and photo evidence at handoff time.

- **Borrower receipt links:** Share a private link after a single-item issue so the borrower sees what they have and when it's due.

- **Enterprise:** Custom — tailored onboarding, rollout planning, security review, and support terms agreed with sales

Annual Pro and Business plans cost about 20% less than paying monthly for a year. Eligible new workspaces receive a 30-day paid-plan trial.
